January meeting:-Please bring your completed engineer interview sheet. (Someone who makes or designs something) Bring ideas on how you can conserve energy.
Girls who are searching up some GS history can also bring what they find. You don't have to print it... come with what you learned or jot down some interesting facts.
If you have any old magazines we can recycle, please bring them too.
Past meetings: We worked from the Heritage trunk. If you missed this meeting...take some time to research Juliette Gordon Low, the founder of GS. Visit the GS museum online and check out the uniforms and old books. See if you can find some old games or songs to share with the rest of the troop. Throughout the year, we will be doing activities that were copied from the trunk leader book to complete our patch requirements. We will discuss our service project potentials. If you have ideas, please share with the troop.
We started our journey related to energy...LET'S GET MOVING! Girls were introduced to the new national GS program. We played a cool game that taught us about active listening and good communication in prep for our interviews. We made a new friend from another town today...a super asset to our already super troop!
