COOKIE SALES
Faith Perkins is our product sales manager for Bolivar-Richburg. If you need to contact her please leave a message. 928-2201. Please do not wait until last minute. She will contact you at her earliest convenience. If you have any questions that need immediate attention you may also contact your leader or other adult volunteer.
COOKIE SALE BEGINS JANUARY 11. ABSOLUTELY NO SELLING PRIOR TO THIS DATE! $3.50 per box
Troop goal: At least 100 boxes per girl!
PARENT SIGNATURE IS REQUIRED PRIOR TO ANY GIRL RECEIVING HER ORDER FORM. IF YOU ARE NOT DROPPING/PICKING YOUR CHILD UP FROM HER MEETING, PLEASE CONTACT HER LEADER TO MAKE ALTERNATE ARRANGEMENTS.
Girls will have approximately 2 weeks before initial orders are due. Once initial orders are in, girls can continue to sell until the time of pickup. Initial orders due no later than Friday, January 27 at 5pm.
Girls do not collect money when taking orders. However, if someone is insistent on paying when ordering do not refuse. MONEY FOR BOTH INITIAL AND 2ND ORDERS IS DUE BY WEDNESDAY, FEBRUARY 29TH 5PM. (PLEASE, be on time so the troops can meet the payment deadline). Use envelope provided for collection of money.
Girl's first name only one order form(safety). Please make sure you get customers' address and phone number so you can call them when you are doing door to door(easier to find house when delivering too).
SALES:Door to door and phone or email to friends/family. Absolutely no selling on the internet. Girls should not sell alone or enter houses when selling door to door.
COOKIE CLUB: This provides a way for girls to get orders by sending emails to friends and family. Promises are made back to you to purchase cookies. Put these on your order form. You will be responsible for collecting the money when you deliver the cookies. PARTICIPATION IS ENCOURAGED EVEN IF EMAILS ARE NOT SENT...GIRLS HAVE AN OPPORTUNITY TO KEEP TRACK OF THEIR COOKIE GOALS AND LEARN ABOUT SAFETY WITH SELLING DOOR TO DOOR THROUGH GAMES AND ACTIVITIES. COOKIE CUPBOARD PICKUP- FEB 17TH 3-7PM sign up for a time to come pick up your initial orders. We will also fill your 2nd order when you come, please bring orders. Parents, you need to come to sign for receiving the cookies-no exceptions!
BOOTH SALES WILL BE SET UP AT DIFFERENT LOCATIONS.
This is a good way for girls to sell extra boxes. It will help towards her final count. Parents are encourage to participate with the girl. Please see sign up sheets. If you sign up for a specific time and place, please be considerate and be on time. Younger girls need short time frames at booths, no more than 2 hr at a time is recommended. BOOTH SIGN-UPS AVAILABLE AT PICKUP.
TRUNK SALES/DOOR TO DOOR SALES..Parents can "SIGN OUT" cookies from our cupboard for 48 hrs. All money for cookies sold will be due when you return cookies to cupboard. Girls will receive credit for cookies sold. Unsold cookies can be returned to cupboard in original condition for release of liability. All money for cookies not returned will be your responsibility.
CASH & CARRY(if somone asks for a few extra boxes): Extra cookies will be available at our"cookie cupboard"during select hours. Please call ahead to place your order. If you contact your leader with an order 24 hr prior to a meeting, we will make every attempt to bring them to you. As our stock dwindles, please do not promise cookies to anyone. Contact your leader or Faith to make sure they are available first.
When collecting money, please use the envelope provided. If able, please consider writing one personal check for cash received.( money orders are ok too!) Please see council check policy below regarding receiving other checks.
